What a privilege to start the month of December in Los Angeles, California attending the first-ever Teen Vogue Summit.

It is such an honor to be selected as one of 2017’s Teen Vogue Magazine 21 Under 21 (available on newsstands December 20th).

Elaine Welteroth with Gabrielle Jordan

My experience at this two-day event was incredible. I had an opportunity to share this adventure with my fellow 21 Under 21 honorees who are all exceptional change-makers, the editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue Magazine – Elaine Welteroth, and founder of TOMS -Blake Mycoskie. Along the way, I spent time at Netflix, ban.do and Participant Media and heard from a phenomenal line up of speakers.

This was my first fundraising campaign and together WE raised over $600 through donations and purchases!

I had a really great time connecting with you through my social media campaign, media appearances and email blasts for Tigerlily Foundation www.tigerlilyfoundation.org.

My mom, dad and brother are always my greatest supporters, they are awesome! Lots of thank you’s to my mentor, Ms. Elena, owner of Elena Design Studio, she hosted the event on Friday and donated to the campaign too!

Guess what…it’s not over! Many people weren’t able to attend the finale due to the rain, but wanted to donate to our campaign so we decided to extend it until Sat., May 3. This is a great time to purchase Mother’s Day gifts while supporting women with breast cancer.

Your continued support will help Ms. Maimah, founder of Tigerlily Foundation educate, support and empower young women 15-40 before, during and after breast cancer. They will receive support like Meals At Home, Funds for the Families and Hope Bags.

So, please click the link http://www.tigerlily3000in3.eventbrite.com to provide a donation. And, please visit http://jewelzofjordan.com/ to select your handmade jewelry designed by ME, a portion of the proceeds will be given to the campaign.
